Hemos conseguido ganar espacio y hacer escuchar nuestras voces de forma muy significativa en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8b172c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8b172c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"texto02p1\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Las ONG hemos sido reconocidas como uno de los sectores de la sociedad que pueden canalizar mejor el desarrollo sostenible por las Naciones Unidas. Por peque\u00f1os que creamos ser somos agentes de cambio. Trabajando en el terreno, proveyendo servicios a las personas y comunidades afectadas y tambi\u00e9n incidiendo a nivel pol\u00edtico para mejorar los marcos regulatorios y las pol\u00edticas. Ambos niveles de trabajo son claves para avanzar hacia un mayor progreso social. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6199a8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6199a8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"texto03p1\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&nbsp;Pero no hay ning\u00fan logro asegurado: al mismo tiempo que se han conseguido una mayor en algunos espacios otros organismos internacionales o pa\u00edses han retrocedido en cuanto a participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Por ello, RIOD ha dise\u00f1ado esta gu\u00eda como una herramienta para apoyar la labor de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil en este \u00e1mbito.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90364af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90364af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"texto2p2\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ofrece un mapa con los principales foros y organizaciones internacionales que tratan los temas de pol\u00edticas de drogas, salud, derechos humanos y desarrollo sostenible a nivel internacional y en Am\u00e9rica Latina. Se describen qu\u00e9 son, qu\u00e9 hacen, c\u00f3mo funcionan y c\u00f3mo se puede incidir en cada uno de ellos<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f02b70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f02b70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"texto3p2\" El estatus ECOSOC permite a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil acceder a las reuniones que convocan, as\u00ed como a muchos organismos subsidiarios (como son la Comisi\u00f3n de la Condici\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica y Social de la Mujer, Comisi\u00f3n de Estupefacientes, etc.) y a varios mecanismos de derechos humanos de las Naciones Unidas, as\u00ed como eventos especiales organizados por el Presidente de la Asamblea General (como es el Foro Pol\u00edtico de Alto Nivel sobre Desarrollo Sostenible).<\/p><p>Existen tres tipos de estatus ECOSOC diferenciados:<\/p><ul><li>General: Para aquellas ONG con un amplio alcance geogr\u00e1fico cuyo \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n cubre la mayor\u00eda de los temas de ECOSOC.<\/li><li>Especial: Para aquellas ONG que tienen un \u00e1rea de experiencia que abarca \u00fanicamente algunos de los \u00e1mbitos de los temas tratados por ECOSOC.<\/li><li>Lista: Para aquellas ONG que no encajan en ninguna de las dos categor\u00edas previas al tener un enfoque de trabajo muy concreto.
